SPEAK-UP FOR MENTAL WELLNESS

Due to current situation, there are many of us having very difficult time, which has tediously started to affect our mental-health and we are not ready to accept it or to be open about it. Sometimes negative aura makes you undergo depression and we fail to understand the solution or we are unable to share our feelings to someone. We might be surrounded by number of family members, but there is no one, to whom you can look upon and talk about your depression...here are few things that how we can make changes:

Please start appreciating around you, may be it's just a small thing but it will definitely make each other smile.

Accept your fault openly, so that there is no one else, who can make you feel guilty about it.

please talk to the person directly, who is affecting your understanding towards any subject /object, this will lead to solve it without affecting any other relationships.

Support each other as a family for a small task or some dining table discussions.

Please put across your Difference of opinion politely, and give each other time to understand your point of view.

Talk to someone, whosoever you feel comfortable to open your heart out, he/she might not be just next to you but they will be there psychologically to calm you down, at tough times.

Please feel free to make yourself separate with the #relationship, if you are getting mentally sick or hollow from inside.

Please don't completely lose yourself or your identity, just to adjust. If someone really values you, he /she as a family or friend will surely understand your space in between the relationship. The whole point doesn't mean you give up hopes or attempt for cordial relationships.



# Most-importantly whenever someone is struggling to talk about mental health, please listen to him/her very carefully. This might be 1 in the thousand cases, you are listening to that person for the last time.

# kindly first try to find, how you could help in difficult situation. Instead of, trying to find out the faults in others.
